AIL and NILICO boast combined assets of more than $1.9 billion with more than $29.6 billion of life insurance in force for working families.

Benefit Claims

Over $75 million of life claims and $26 million in accident and health claims were paid to working families through their benefits with American Income and National Income combined last year. Under the AD&D no-cost benefit, over $2.2 million were paid to working families. Plus, our Partners™ Discount Service Program saved users almost $1.5 million on prescription medications alone. With working families needing affordable prescription drugs, there is a renewed commitment to improve the utilization of this discount program and all of our offered no-cost benefits.

Workforce

Our efforts are focused on creating more union jobs. Currently, approximately 2,500 people have careers with American Income Life and National Income Life. While most major industries continue to downsize, AIL and NILICO are expanding markets and career opportunities. AIL and NILICO are fully union companies; from knowledgeable representatives writing applications in the field to skilled staff producing and servicing policies in our Home Office, they work under collective bargaining agreements. It is also through increased commissions, production bonuses, and lifetime vesting that the field force has seen a phenomenal growth in long term net worth and a secure financial future.
